Acquisition of Aero Defense Components, Inc.

Aero Defense Components Inc. (ADCI) incorporated in the State of Illinois October 1990, is a stocking distributor of military aerospace fasteners and components. ADCI began as a direct Defense Logistics Agency supplier providing defense quality fasteners and hardware to the US government. As an approved DLA supplier, ADCI branched out providing defense contractors and aerospace manufactures with their fastener requirements for the past 20 years. ADCI operations are certified to MIL-STD-45208 and AS9120 compliant.
